Eight Creators and Visionaries gather in Land Valencia 🇪🇸
for a three-month Residency
to grow together while working on their Projects.
This is for you if:
… you have a project or business and you are on fire to bring it to the next level
… you believe that everything is possible, and don’t shy away from effort
… you are turned on by an environment that is wide awake and committed to ditch distractions and to focus on what is relevant
… you are trained in shadow work and are emotionally responsible
… you live feedback culture, welcome confrontation and have capacity to truly see others and be truly seen by others
… you love to co-create spaces that are a win-win for everybody
… you are open to shamanic practices, energy work, and other kinds of magic
… you have high standards and want to grow even more, alongside other growth oriented humans
This is not for you if:
… you’d rather “manifest” success, than do the required work
… you are happy with where you are in life and are not interested in growth
… you believe that your wildest dreams are just dreams and not something to actively pursue
… you are not familiar with shadow work or are not willing to own your projections
… you would rather stay safe by bringing forward some parts of you, but not the whole you
… you are looking for a holiday space that differs from you usual life, not for an “all-in” experience
… you are looking for a facilitated seminar-style container, not for a fully self-organized space
… you think that channelling, rituals, energy work etc. is “woo-woo”
Logistics
🗓️ When: 12 September – 11 December 2026
Minimum stay is 6 weeks,
applications for whole 3 months will be prioritized.
📍 Where: outside Valencia, in a villa by the beach.
Fully equipped house with 8 bedrooms, large common areas, kitchen, garden, pool and sauna.
👫 Who: 8 participants, equally gendered, carefully selected for a coherent group experience.
Selection is a 3-step procedure:
1. You fill in the form below.
2. You have a call with the hosts.
3. You join one of the community calls to meet other participants.
🎯 What: The daily life is fully self-organized, i.e. we decide as a group what we do with our time.
In our experience so far, the best is to have most of the time free, so everybody can spend the bulk of their time working on their projects. To support that, what worked well in the past is a weekly schedule with maximum one activity per day + a bi-weekly governance meeting, to adjust the structure as we learn. Ad-hoc workshops organized one day in advance work really well, too.
An example weekly schedule might be:
Monday evening: women circle + men circle
Tuesday morning: 1h conflict resolution slot
Wednesday: silent day + community forum in the evening
Thursday: optional hike in the afternoon
Friday evening: dinner to celebrate the week and invite guests from outside the residency
Saturday: free
Sunday: 1h cleaning party + 1h governance meeting
Agreements around optional daily activities could be made too: like yoga, breakwork, meditation in the morning, cold plunges at 3pm, evening walks by the beach, taking turns to cook dinner for everybody etc.
Note: These are just examples of practices that have worked well in the past. The group decides to design the schedule to fit everybody’s needs – it’s a co-creation!
💳 How much: rental costs will be split, approx. 700€ per person per month.
The group will decide about splitting other expenses like food, car rentals etc.

She views the human body as a living piece of art and a vessel for ultimate truth. In a creative residency setup, Franziska serves as a powerful sounding board and co-creator, holding a safe enough and sharp space to unlock deep, uninhibited life force.

Archie del Ray
Intuition Trainer | Multimedia Producer | Human Systems Navigator
As a collector of knowledge, Archie has lived many careers: engineering, music, production, events, videography, building NGOs, marketing, coaching, healing.
Drawing from an engineering background and 15 years immersed in shadow work, energy work, and emotional healing modalities, he has developed a clear eye for what others walk past – the actual blind spot, the real lever. The uncomfortable button that, when pressed, changes everything. He has never been interested in beating around the bush.
He works with solopreneurs who are tangled in their own complexity. People who arrive carrying what feels like a monster and leave with a map; and with tools that work directly on the issue, not around it. Archie understands natural laws.
